Marinscope Community Newspapers featured St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin in their January 5th, 2022, edition highlighting our holiday activities. Elliot Karlan, of Marinscope, joined us and captured the day. Vinnies was honored to commemorate its 40th anniversary hosting Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals including Marin’s most vulnerable children, families, older adults, and Veterans. Our very own Director of Development and Communications, Kathleen Woodcock, along with volunteers, supporters, and associates, were on-site passing out gift bags and backpacks filled with items to bring warmth and comfort throughout this cold winter season. As always, everyone was welcome to enjoy our hot meals and free gifts. Vinnies has kept our free dining room open to feed our neighbors every single day for the last forty years.
