Christine Paquette is the CEO of the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin County, where she has held management positions for the past twenty years. Before becoming a CEO, Christine spent 14 years in non-profit development on the East and West Coasts.

Key accomplishments at the St. Vincent de Paul Society include quadrupling the agency’s budget during her tenure; helping to lead the launch of the County’s Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) and Coordinated Entry system to significantly reduce chronic homelessness in Marin; and expanding critical services and fund development for low income and homeless residents during the Covid-19 crisis. 

Christine is a voting member of Marin’s Homeless Policy Steering Committee and the former Vice President of the board for the Center for Volunteer and Non-Profit Leadership in Marin/Sonoma/Napa/Solano Counties. She has also served as a lecturer at nonprofit management seminars at UC Berkeley Extension for many years and has served on the national development board for the St. Vincent de Paul Society, USA. Christine was named the winner of the Excellence in Leadership Award at the Heart of Marin awards in 2020 and was inducted into the Redwood High School Hall of Giants in March 2024.

Christine is a Tiburon native and a graduate of Redwood High School and U.C. Berkeley.
