That's what the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin is all about: caring people helping their neighbors-in-need with basic necessities like food, shelter, clothing and emotional comfort. There are heartbreaking circumstances right here in our own community, but practical, compassionate, person-to-person caring can make a world of difference.

At the St. Vincent de Paul Society, our goal is to deal with the initial emergency then shepherd individuals into programs that can bring lasting change into their lives. Last year, we assisted more than 12,000 Marin citizens with their basic needs. All donations to the Society stay in Marin County to help our struggling citizens.
