Vehicle Donations—Donate Your Wheels For Meals
Not all charity car donation programs are alike! For a list of questions you should ask any charity before you donate a car, please click here.
You can receive a significant tax deduction if you donate your old car to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. All proceeds from your vehicle stay in Marin County and feed the hungry. Please call Bill Eberhart at 415-258-5226 to make arrangements. Bill will coordinate the donation of your vehicle and provide you with a receipt. Vehicle Donation FAQ.

Bequests
When you leave the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin County in your will or other estate plans, you are helping to ensure that Marin County will always have a place for hungry people to find food and comfort. Many of our donors have found that naming us as a beneficiary of an I.R.A. is the quickest and easiest way to include us in your estate plans. Our Federal Tax I.D. number is 94-1207701.

Food Donations
Food Donations can be made to the kitchen daily between 7:00am and 1:00 pm. We are especially in need of:
- Canola Oil
- Paper products
- Rice
Gifts of Practical Items
Many of our homeless clients need practical items to help them survive life outside. Currently, we have an urgent need for:
- New men's white athletic socks
- New men's & women's underwear
- Toiletries (shampoo, combs, razors, soap, etc.)
- Backpacks and tote bags
- Sleeping bags

Donations of Household Goods
To donate furniture, clothing or household goods, please call 1-800-584-1579 to arrange for a pick up. We cannot accept household goods (including used clothing) at our B Street location.
The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin never sells, trades or shares our donors' personal or contact information with anyone else, nor do we send mailings on behalf or other organization.
